So you want to only record the drums? Choose a drum set and coordinate the configuration with us. The drum recording is made on a pre-selected drum set or on your own, personal drums you bring with you. We set up the agreed drum configuration in advance, and then we tune it on site. You can find the various packages and allotted times on the prices page, so you can record what you’d like. If you are drumming over background music, then the backing track and bpm must be sent ahead of time or you must allow online access to it. We will provide you with the soundtrack in the requested, agreed upon format.
“Video” multi-camera video recording and multitrack sound recording
Would you like to share a Drum Cover introductory video on your YouTube, Instagram and Facebook pages? We can record and edit HD quality videos with fixed camera settings. The video recording is made with either a pre-selected drum set or with your own drums. In advance, we set up the agreed upon drum and camera configurations for you and check it on site as you like. You can find the allotted times for the various packages we offer on our prices page so you can drum what you’d like. If your are drumming to background music, then you must send the backing track and bpm in advance, or you must allow online access. After the post-production editing of the sound and video, we provide the video in the requested format, and we optimise the appropriate LUFS value of the sound for the given video distribution platform.
“Band DEMO” complete band sound studio recordings
Do you already have demo recordings of your band? If not, then you can make them at DobBázis. In the case of band demo recordings, you choose the appropriate drum set or if you prefer your own, bring your drums. After recording the drum tracks, we record the other instruments on individual tracks. The recording in our sound studio happens through Universal Audio or Persons Quantum interface instrument inputs. During the recording, we record the “raw” guitar sounds. This way the desired tuning of the instruments happens after the mixing (AmpliTube / Presonus Ampire Modeling Amp VST / UAD Marshall).
“Drum&Go” for songwriters, producers, bands, studios
It is possible that only the drum groove missing from your envisioned music? The “quick rental drummer” service can offer a solution for songwriters, producers, and home studios even if the band is without a drummer or if the drummer’s hand or foot is broken. If only the drum track is missing from the creative process, we’ll solve it by offering a drum groove recording with a short deadline. If you are in need of an idea, we can help by providing continuous coordination throughout the work process, if needed. We can provide the raw tracks, or we’ll find the best drum sonority for your given style. We send the complete drum tracks to the cloud in the requested format (multitracks, mixing, stems).
Music shops, retailers
Are you a retailer or own a music shop? Would you like to demonstrate how your instrument sounds? It is rarely possible for a potential customer to listen to or to try a given instrument in a music shop. Based on a framework through a partnership agreement, we can present the retailer’s supply of instruments with online testing. Along with our professional help, we can provide a “live” opportunity for the customer to try out and become familiar with the instrument at DobBázis, which can certainly sway a buyer’s decision. We work only with high quality drums and cymbals. We do not get involved in the actual sale. Personally trying out drums is only possible during pre-arranged times. Important: we always focus on the given instrument’s qualities and with this, we try to maximise the experience. We are not beholden to any one manufacturer, brand or instrument retailer,

Drum lessons, drum instruction for beginner and advanced levels. During drum lessons, we’ll utilise the technical opportunities offered in our drum studio. We can record every lesson by providing sound and video material to monitor development. We can assist pupils’ music development by providing drumless music basics. Drumming instructor: Tamás Vellai, Studio Director. With time, pupils learning to drum can gain studio practice during instruction.
